The Summer BBQ at Radbrook Primary School was a great success and a fun time was had by all who attended. Even the sun came out!
A fantastic profit of around £3,000 was made! Some of this money has already been earmarked to buy new books for the school’s library which will benefit all of the school’s pupils. The books will be purchased during the summer holidays for use at the start of the autumn term in September. This has been a great year for the school, with the best SATs results the school has ever had – a fantastic achievement. The sports days were well supported by parents and the children enjoyed various track events, including egg and spoon, sack and skipping races. The school summer holidays started on 20 July and the new autumn term begins on Tuesday, 4 September, with the new finishing time of 3.15 p.m.
