Booking the Centre
The Community Centre is usually available for private hire on Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday afternoon and evening. Most bookings are for the hall, but some hire just the meeting room (only £6 per hour). Please check the calendar for availability, or contact bookings or telephone 07527 617670.
If you contact us by e-mail, please include your telephone number so that we can call you about your booking (we don't mind calling you). If we give you a tentative booking, please call us by telephone to confirm whether or not you want to make it a definite booking. If you choose not to go ahead, we can then offer the time slot to someone else.

Note: This calendar is usually updated once a month with events for one month at a time. So although there may not appear to be many bookings for months beyond the current month, this does not mean that the Centre is available on all of the unmarked days. For bookings beyond the current month, please contact us (see above) .
Once you have a tentative booking, please download and print the booking form below, read the conditions of hire, complete the form and return it to the bookings secretary at 11 High Ridge Way, Radbrook Green, Shrewsbury, SY3 6DJ, with your hiring fee and deposit. We accept payment by cash or cheque (please make cheques payable to ‘Radbrook Community Association’).

Note: The Committee rely on the support of the whole community to keep the hall to a high standard for those who use it.

| Catering | If you need refreshments for your event, contact Jane Jones on 01743 244756 or 07791 492498. Jane can provide excellent buffet menus at very reasonable rates. |
- The Community Centre does not have a telephone (please use your mobile).
- Smoking in the Community Centre is strictly forbidden.

- Charges are per hour.
- Optional extras (per booking): kitchen £10, tea/coffee making facilities £3.
- All bookings are calculated from the time you enter the building to the time you leave.
- The caretaker will take care of opening and locking up the Centre.

- Special rates are available to local groups and residents in Radbrook.
Deposit
A minimum deposit of £20 is required. This will be refunded so long as there is no damage or additional cleaning required. Hirers are requested to leave the hall as they find it. If a booking is cancelled by the hirer, they may have to forfeit some or all of the deposit.
